Download & Run

Click the download button above, then run the installer. If prompted by Windows SmartScreen, click "More info" → "Run anyway".

Complete Installation

Follow the simple installation wizard. The app will automatically configure and open when finished.

Share Your ID

Give your 9-digit ID number and password to your EffITech technician so they can connect to help you.

Download & Open

Click the download button above. Once downloaded, double-click the .pkg file. If macOS blocks it, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway".

Complete Installation

Follow the installer prompts and enter your password when asked. A dialog will guide you through the next steps.

Grant Permissions (Required!)

macOS requires you to grant permissions for remote support to work. Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and enable RustDesk for both Screen Recording and Accessibility.

macOS Security Note: The installer is not signed with an Apple Developer certificate. When opening, you may need to right-click → "Open" or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → "Open Anyway". This is normal for custom enterprise software.

Your security is our priority. This software uses end-to-end encryption and connects only to EffITech's private servers. You maintain full control and can disconnect at any time. We never access your computer without your explicit permission.
